Would 250cc be enough for my size? If not, how much would and how much do you think can be liposuction from a thin women? Fairly skinny but a little fat in the stomach. Doctor said he could only do about 250cc in each cheek. That is probably small, but would I see a difference and how much of a difference? No picture, but just picture a medium sized female (not super skinny, but fairly skinny with a little pudge). The doctor also said my butt already has a good normal shape.

You are actually a very good candidate for a BBL and you certainly have more then 250cc of fat for harvest. But you need to understand that the amount of fat available for harvest is still not a lot. Sometimes with smaller patients, it is more about the shape rather then the size. This is not necessarily your case, but it would be easier to determine this with an in-person evaluation or even a video. If I had to guess, I feel we do have enough fat for a considerable increase in size and a better shape as well. Not as big as your second wish pic but similar or better then the other wish pics.
