This is probably due to your childbirth and / or C-section. Even aggressive VASER liposuction (with or without Bodytite) in this area will not get rid of this pouch. Your pouch due to muscle laxcity. Therefore, in your case, your muscle needs to be repaired. There are three options for abdominal muscle repair. 1) just muscle plication, 2) a mini, tummy, tuck, or 3) a full abdominoplasty. Your money, time, pain, and recovery would be much better spent on a tummy tuck than VASER lipo. You must understand your issue is muscle; your issue is not fat. Therefore VASER lipo will not work. Pregnancy related changes. Do not include a change in fat distribution. Pregnancy related changes are either going to be skin, laxity or muscle separation. Based on your pictures, you don’t have a lot of subcutaneous fat to remove so Liposuction isn’t going to have much impact. To get the flat lower abdomen you’ll need muscle tightening, which is done in conjunction with a full tummy tuck.
