Ptosis surgery for a 23 year old - Will it fix asymmetry? (photo)

Hi, as you’ll be able to see in the attached photos my left eyelid eyelashes droop down a lot more than the right and the eye itself looks smaller. Would this be an upper/lower blepharoplasty case or an eyelid Ptosis fix to being symmetry to my eyes? I’ve also noticed my right eyebrow looks droopier than my left eyebrow although the left eyelid is the issue. All feedback is appreciated. I have no medical conditions as I’m aware

You appear to have hooded upper eyelids and may benefit from upper blepharoplasty. Epicanthal folds are important to take that into consideration. The eyelid crease can also be managed if you desire. See an expert for an evaluation.
