Is a Polytech 675cc Extra high, a large implant? I currently have Mentor 325cc HP

Updated: I currently have 325cc High profile Mentor implants I would like a more fake look with good projection and volume. I’ve chosen to go with Polytech MeMe 675cc Extra high implants here are the measurements. A 13.8 B 13.8cm C 6.9cm D 10.5cm. Will I notice a big difference with these implants? I’m currently a bra size 32C/D. So any idea what size I could be if I go ahead with the operation please? Xx My chest wall measurements are 13cm and I have looked at 675cc extra high implants witch measures 13.8cm will these be big on me as I wanted the fake look?

Dear Optimistic51673,
I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

Yes, 675 cc's are very large and heavy implants which will look quite fake. Fake look is just round hard balls on your chest, not pretty.  I do not advise going with that size since it will stretch your tissue even more, be heavy on your neck and shoulders, and sag with time.
