Internal scarring - is there treatment for this?

I had breast implants removed in 2008 and peri areolar lift, following complications from previous surgery. My chest muscle was over dissected & the implants were touching. I had reconstructive surgery to correct/reattach muscle. In 2015 I had another successful augmentation with peri areolar lift. My issue now is there is an indentation under my left nipple along the original incision scar. I am assuming the internal scar has hardened causing a pinched area. Is there treatment for this?

The empty bags are still present behind your breasts, but may be wadded up. There is no reason to be terrified because your body will treat them the same whether they are filled or empty. The ultrasound will show where they are. Sometimes you can feel the points of the empty bags.

You will also need to go down in size since these implants are too large for your frame. That i why they are tenting up your tissue.

Your implants are no longer stretching your skin, but weight gain will. I suggest using Mederma for your stretch marks and consider micro-needling.
