Bubble underneath nipple. What can this be?

I’ve had my breast implants for 7 years. I had a baby 4 month ago ( not breast fed ) I can now feel a lump or air bubble behind my nipple you press it in an it pops back out. What can this be ? And what has caused it . My implants are behind muscle

My presumption is almost certain if your implants were placed via a periareolar incision. This leads to unpredictable healing and potential thinking of tissue over the years.
