Port wine stain above lip removal with IPL. (Photo)

Hi, I have a port wine stain above my lip and it's quite a light one. I have been to see a lady who uses IPL and she says she will try to improve it for me. She's never actually worked on a port wine stain before so it's made me a little sceptical. She's worked with lasers for facial rejuvenation for 20years, so I'm a little unsure what to do. She seems to think it would be the same as working on red vessels, I have no idea what to think though. Kind regards.
