Shiny skin after a laser burn?

I had IPL treatment for a freckle 2 days after the tx it raised and got dark. On the third day, I went in to the same aesthetic clinic,got a laser mole removal and it burned the area, I went back and he did some laser resurfacing on it. After having monthly resurfacing tx on it, it's finally flat but with a super shine to it.It's circular shape somewhat depressed line all around it. It has been exactly 7 months since initial IPL on it.should I continue resurfacing?
