What could be done with your nose? In the profile view, which is the only one you show you have a small dorsal hump, the nose appear slightly long, and the angle between the bottom of the nose and the lip could be slightly higher to be more feminine. You do not show a frontal view which would be needed to assess the size and shape of the tip. But usually refinement of the tip goes hand-in-hand with reduction of a dorsal hump and shortening of a nose and elevation of the nasal tip. You also don’t show a profile view with a smile to see whether or not the tip plunges when smiling. If so , that further suggests elevation of the nasal tip along with reduction of the dorsal hump. These decisions of course should be made in conjunction with a qualified nasal surgery specialist.
