From your photos, I note a slightly high nasal tip in lateral view. In frontal view I note a rounded amorphous nasal tip. I also note webbing (epicanthal fold) at the inner canthus of the eye.
One may consider a tip rhinoplasty to add nasal tip definition and epicanthal fold correction for the eyelid.
