I am interested in 3 procedures: 1) septorhinoplasty, 2) brow-lift and 3) lip-lift. Is it safe to have all 3 procedures on the same surgery day? If I cannot combine all 3 procedures, can I combine 2 procedures on the same day and have the 3rd separately? Which is the best combination: rhnoplasty with brow-lift or rhinoplasty with lip-lift or brow-lift with lip-lift? In which order do you recommend me to have these surgeries? Should I have the rhinoplasty first and then follow with the other 2?

Answer: Combination of procedures Dear Mariakimlopez, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Combining three procedures in one day: Combining three procedures in one day: The three procedures you mentioned can be combined in one surgical sitting by most plastic surgeons who are comfortable performing all three of those procedures. Technically it is not too much surgery to have in one day, nor would it take so long that it would be a prohibitive anesthesia risk in experienced hands. But you must have a surgeon who is comfortable with all three procedures and experienced enough to do them expeditiously.
