Do I need a rhinoplasty? My nose bends more on one side than the other (Photo)

Hello doctors As in the picture, you can see my nose bends more on one side than the other making my lips asymmetrical as well. Can rhinoplasty correct this? Also, my philtrum is long , am I a candidate for a lip lift as the long philtrum makes me look older than what I am ,I am 21 btw Thank you and have a good day!!

I have never seen a case I'd empty nose syndrome. Although it can occurs it is quite rare. I perform turbinate reduction commonly and have never seen that issue.
