To make an adequate assessment of any asymmetry in your nose it would be beneficial to show a front view, each three-quarter view, and each side view, As well as a view from underneath the nose looking up at the nostrils.. The single view that you show is not sufficient to make a reliable assessment.

It's hard to evaluate your nose based on the one photo you sent. I am not a fan of the lip lift. They often don't do what you think they do and in your case could distort your nostrils and look odd.
