I have hemifacial microsomia and one of my eyes looks smaller than the other, what are my options? (Photo)

I suffer from hemifacial microsomia, this made one if my eye socket deeper than the other, which results in an eye looking bigger and the other looking way smaller. What would be my options to fix this? Orbital floor implant? Orbital decompression on one eye? thank you

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you a meaningful advise based on this photo. In person consultation with a craniofacial surgeon ( usually associated with plastic surgery department in universities) would give you a chance for proper evaluation and discussion about available options.
