My facial structure is very rounded and lacks definition. I'm looking for procedures that can help me achieve a more angular, squarer face. Pictures 1, 3, 5 are edited to show what I expect, whereas 2, 4, 6 are how I am. I would also like the results to make my face more symmetrical

Hello, hope you are well! My practice specializes in facial contouring, and I appreciate how much thought you have given this. Your modified photos demonstrate subtlety which reflects realistic expectations. The most significant changes are in the lower face--you could achieve this with jaw implants and buccal fat removal. The subtle changes to the contour of your nose are also very important, especially on the profile view. A closed ('scarless') rhinoplasty would be an excellent option for you. These procedures can be performed concurrently so that recovery can be consolidated into a single period of time. I wish you the best of luck.
