Your modified photos demonstrate subtlety which reflects realistic expectations. The most significant changes are in the lower face--you could achieve this with jaw implants and buccal fat removal. The subtle changes to the contour of your nose are also very important, especially on the profile view. A closed ('scarless') rhinoplasty would be an excellent option for you.
