Hello, I am a 21F caucasian of 17 BMI. I have close set eyes and the wideness of my face exaggerate them. I didn’t post it for anonymity reasons. I made an edit I am happy with. Can zygoma reduction and v line achieve this? I know about sagging but I am willing to risk it because I am very dissatisfied

Cheek bone reduction is done from the inside of the mouth. You should be able to have the cheeks reduced or made more symmetric based upon what you write here. A photo, or video, or examination will help the most.
