Does this look like something that can realistically be achieved with zygoma reduction? (Photos)

Hello, I am a 21F caucasian of 17 BMI. I have close set eyes and the wideness of my face exaggerate them. I didn’t post it for anonymity reasons. I made an edit I am happy with. Can zygoma reduction and v line achieve this? I know about sagging but I am willing to risk it because I am very dissatisfied
