Hi! your picture shows a wide cheek bones. The bone called zygoma is flaring out producing a widened face. I recommend cheekbone reduction surgery. The cheek bones are cut at two places and the bone is reduced. I don't use any metal plates to fix the bone. I have done this procedure for over 20...

Cheek Augmentation is usually performed using implants. However, some surgeons use HA to augment the cheekbone. Yes, the hydroxyapatite can be removed. An incision inside of the mouth is used. In person consult will be needed to determine the feasibility.
