Hello. You need to be clear about the difference between the concept of graft and follicle. A hair follicle is a unit that is extracted from the donor area, which can have 2-4 grafts/hair. If the eyebrow transplant is done with a DHI procedure, all these follicles are implanted as they are, which means that all those grafts grow in groups of 2-4, all in different directions. This might lead to a bushy look of the brow. In LOFT procedure, the one I personally perform, all grafts are separated and implanted one by one. This gives a more natural result and avoids the possibility of many hairs growing from the same root and in different directions.
