The number of hairs a single graft can contain is 1-4, So the number of grafts placed does not equal the number of hairs you will see. Hope this is helpful.
Hello. You need to be clear about the difference between the concept of graft and follicle. A hair follicle is a unit that is extracted from the donor area, which can have 2-4 grafts/hair. If the eyebrow transplant is done with a DHI procedure, all these follicles are implanted as they are, which means that all those grafts grow in groups of 2-4, all in different directions. This might lead to a bushy look of the brow. In LOFT procedure, the one I personally perform, all grafts are separated and implanted one by one. This gives a more natural result and avoids the possibility of many hairs growing from the same root and in different directions.

Normally, the growth rate of transplanted hair harvested by FUE is around 90-95%, depending on the surgeon's skills and graft handling during the procedure. It would be rare that there will be more hairs growing than the number of grafts placed after the transplant.

Yes transplanted hair will usually grow through a scar. It will have a lower growth rate than with healthy tissue, but a 50-60% growth rate through a scar can be a reasonable expectation.
