How to correct this nasal asymmetry and deviated septum? (photo)

My nose is curved to one side but that is not my concern.I only want my nasal base to be symmetric which is kind of deviated and swollen to one side. Can it be corrected easily

As the nasal implant is exposed intranasally, it can be removed under local anesthesia. As you are noting continuing deterioration, I would strongly recommend it.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation, examination, and treatment.
