Hi, if you are having rhinoplasty, the surgeon will provide you with all the essentials. You do not need much for after, other then the splint put during surgery. The only thing I would buy is afrin spray. In case there is bleeding after rhinoplasty, you would use the spray and elevate your head to stop the bleeding.
Nasal tip plasty: from the pictures you present, it appears that you have an over projecting nasal tip. It is rare than a nasal tip plasty can be performed without altering the remaining portion of the nose to conform. However yours might well be a case where a nasal tip plasty would suffice....

Your nose would look better if shortened and narrowed. I don't know if non surgical rhinoplasty can do this but I doubt it
