Rhinoplasty for deviated nose: if just the septum and tip are operated on, would the whole nose look displaced?(photo)

I am considering rhinoplasty for me deviated nose. I appear to have an asymmetrical face, such as the top of the nose not centered inbetween the eyes (i think) and some other features. I'm concerned that if a doctor just operated on the septum and tip of the nose, the whole nose would be displaced on the face. which would also make the nose not align with the top lip. I assume that the top of the nose would need to be broken and centered from there first. Looking for opinions from doctors.
