Is it normal for pubic area to be so soft and squishy 9 weeks post TT with MR and Lipo?

Thanks for your inquiry, you can still have swelling for several months.  Without pictures it is impossible to advise, good luck.  

It can take 6 months of more for swelling from a tummy tuck to resolve. If, however, you had a tummy tuck after a large weight loss you may have had excess fat of the mons that was not addressed in your primary surgery, you could consider discussing this with you PS after swelling has resolved.

My first thought was fluid, but you mentioned your plastic surgeon already evaluated the area and said this was not the case. What did he/she tell you it was? Pictures would be helpful as well. 
It can take quite awhile to recover from a tummy tuck, so I wouldn't get too concerned at 9 weeks post-op. My patients where a compression garment to help reduce swelling and help the skin & underlying "glue" back together. If you are not wearing a garment like this, I would recommend talking to your plastic surgeon about the possibility of doing so.
