Stage 3 vaginal prolapse and 3.5 cm diastasis recti. Shortest time between surgeries? Does it matter which surgery is first?

My best advice for you in this situation is to communicate with both surgeons and ask them Specific questions in regards to your proposed surgery. 
When it comes to your Prolapse surgery, its important to know what surgical incisions, access points, required, post op limitations and expected length of recovery will be...  This is crucial information for your plastic surgeon to know as it could possibly influence or alter their proposed surgical plan 
In a general sense most surgeons say to wait 6-12 weeks between surgeries, but often times people only elect to do 6 weeks if the surgeries are urgent and the problems are affecting their Activities of daily living. 
Regardless it’s best to proceed with your prolapse surgery first and then look into your elective TT surgery but you need to speak to both surgeons performing the surgeries.
