Can I get a fat transfer to my hip dips without a BBL?

Thanks for your question. It is difficult to answer your question without examining you myself and seeing your hip dips. However, it is possible to transfer fat to only the hip area. Personally, I like to blend the fat from the hips in to the buttocks so everything flows, but your buttocks doesn't necessarily need to get bigger.
