Would a brow lift make my temple look less hollow, my brow less prominent and my eyelids appear less droopy? (photos)

My eyelids appear droopy, my brow bone seems a little prominent and the sides of my eyes seem a little concave. I would like to get recommendations on procedures that would make my browbone less noticeable, my eyes more feminine and my temple more rounded.

Thank you for your question. From reviewing your pictures I see nothing wrong with your brows or eyelids.  What is occurring is you have lost some volume in your temples and as a result changes the overall appearance of your eyes/brow.  Think of your eye aesthetically as having four walls/frames and it is slowly losing it's outer frame.  It is truly amazing how beautiful the eye can appear again once this outer frame is re-established.  Patients describe it to me as if they had a "brow lift" because they don't have a better way in their words to describe it, but in reality the brow is still in the exact same position.  I have found a biostimulator such as Sculptra in this region works incredibly well and lasts much longer than a filler such as Restylane or Juve'derm.  Hope this helps!

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. Based on your photographs I would not recommend a brow lift. I suggest a consultation with a physician skilled and experienced in facial fillers. A small amount of filler can be used to fill in the boney hollows of your lateral brow and correct any hollowness in the temples. This is a quick, easy in office procedure with no downtime.
