Pectoralis pain 8 months after subfascial Breast Augmentation - what could be causing this?

I am 8 months post-op subfascial breast augmentation. Any idea why I would be having pain in my right pec muscle (at the sternum) when I perform movements that activate that muscle? I did not go under the muscle so I’m confused why I am feeling this and I have been feeling it for months now.

Your implant is placed under the fascia that covers the muscle. When you move your muscle, you are moving scar tissue in the fascia. You might consider going with smaller implants, a lower profile, or placing them on top of the muscle.
