I am 8 months post-op subfascial breast augmentation. Any idea why I would be having pain in my right pec muscle (at the sternum) when I perform movements that activate that muscle? I did not go under the muscle so I’m confused why I am feeling this and I have been feeling it for months now.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery, but you do need more volume. UHP sounds great, but only going up to 495 is not going to fill in the gap- I would suggest the 600cc range.

I would wait another 2-3 months to be able to determine the exact size difference, but overall I completely agree with you- you need a larger implant and fat grafting is not going to make up the difference.
