I got filler in my nasolabial folds two weeks ago, one side got so swollen and bruised, the bruise changed from blue to yellow & subsided greatly. But now I’m still left with this slight blue color on the same side! Is this the Tyndall effect or is there any chance the bruise is still blue at 2 weeks post injection? I really don’t want to go back to the same injector to dissolve because even though he’s a surgeon I truly don’t trust his skills anymore.

Adding a little filler in the outer 1/4 of the lower lip on both sides will help a lot in making a sad mouth look better. It makes the lower lip bigger looking so the over-sized upper lip will be more proportionate.
It is really hard to tell from the pictures but you look like fillers under your eyes would work nicely and IPL would probably not be effective at all. I would suggest getting another opinion with a provider that has experience in treating this area. Good luck
