Please do not resort to this procedure. It made me look 10 years older after 2 months. It melted the underlying fat layer with the result that today I have folds and sagging skin on my cheeks and neck. I will have to resort to a facial lift to correct this. It is dangerous when used at high frequencies and unfortunate irriversable.
We commonly see in our practice patients presenting with forehead depressions, bony irregularities or asymmetries. Filler injections are quite effective and long lasting in that region but product choice and tissue placement is of paramount importance to have smooth results. Our products of choice for that region are Teosyal RHA 2 and Juvederm Volift. Average duration is 18 to 24 months but last even longer in other patients. Combination with a neuromodulator such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin may improve quality of results and duration as well. Good luck and best regards.
I believe that you could definitely benefit from filler injections in the jawline area to create more definition and a stronger lower facial contour. Juvederm Voluma or Teosyal RHA4 do perform very well in those areas. On the profile view, lack of chin projection is the main issue. This condition can be addressed with fillers or with a chin implant for permanent results. Restylane Volyme and Teosyal UltraDeep are my best choices as filler products for the chin with an average longevity of 18-24 months. Good luck and best regards.
Depending on the severity of the bruise, some discoloration may still remain two weeks after an injection. In worst cases, four to six weeks may be required for complete disappearance. All this being said, I believe to perceive a bump on your picture. Although swelling might be causing that bump, product quantity or product placement might require some corrections as well. My best advice is to request a follow-up with your trusted physician to assess the situation in person.
