We did at least 6 hyaluronidase treatments, my eye swelled up quite a bit. The last time we put more hyaluronidase in, it softened the lump.. but now I have a very puffy eye bag. This has been 2 months post hyaluronidase. She suggested there still may be filler trapped in the fat pad. Could this be the case? I never had fat pads before and my other eye is fine. Could the orbital muscle have weakened with the swelling as it looks like a prolapsed fat pad or is filler still encased somehow?
