It seems like my nose slides from forehead like Roman noses, below are the pictures of the results I would like to achieve with my nose. And the area I have penciled is it possible to cut this much nose, especially from the nasion and radex area?

I think if a morph were drawn removing the nose at the pencil marks, you'd see that it's scary. Don't forget about elevating your tip, though. You have a bit of a droopy tip, and if the radix is lowered and the tip isn't raised, that wouldn't look great. Hello and thank you for your question. Your radix can be lowered.  Based on your
photograph, you may also benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty and a dorsal hump
reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hi and thanks for your question!  While it is possible to lower the radix, it has limitations.  You can thin the soft tissues but it's extremely risky/difficult to lower the bone where your nasal bones come off your forehead.  Your pencil marks are a little aggressive in my perspective and would make your nose look too short (in the vertical dimension).  On the otherhand, I see many patients with noses like yours and what is more powerful is to raise and refine the tip.  That shortens the nose and makes it more proportional to your face.  Best to consult with a surgeon so that they can see your whole face from different angles and recommend the treatment that best fits your goals while keeping your safety in mind.  Best of luck!
