It has only been 4 days, should I consult my plastic surgeon or give it time? Second time getting this done first time didn’t have no problem.. it’s only been a month since I last got lip injections using same product.
Answer: Restylane and asymmetry I ask my patients to wait at least 2 weeks before making any conclusions about the appearance of the area being treated. The reason for this is because there will be swelling and it takes at least 2 weeks for the swelling to resolve. Once the swelling is resolved we are able to determine if the area is symmetrical or not.

Answer: Aysmmetry post lip filler Hello and thank you for your question. From the pictures, it looks like normal post injection swelling. Swelling is a common minor adverse event that can occur after the injection of dermal fillers (or anytime a needle is placed into the skin) and it can be asymmetrical. Fortunately, this is temporary and there are ways to help minimize the effects. It is still early after injection, so a few days of icing and intermittent massage may solve the problem.

Answer: Asymmetrical Swelling? Lip Filler Results Swelling can be typical, which can be asymmetrical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.
