I'm sorry you're unhappy with your filler results. You can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase. It may take a series of treatments. Hope this helps. 

This will not resolve on its own.  It neededs to be shaped with small amounts of hyaluronidase. Go back and ask your injector for this adjustment. Don't wait for this to resolve on its own because it won’t.

Unfortunately I see this everyday at my complications clinic. It is normally a result of over injection in the area. The tear trough area must be respected and treated delicately by the surgeon performing the procedure. I recommend you go to someone who can dissolve the filler and your problems should improve. 

Thank you for your question. You did not mention how long ago you had treatment. It is common to have some swelling and bruising after treatment which can last up to 2 weeks. If it is after the 2 week mark you can have the filler dissolved with an enzyme known as hyaluronidase. I recommend having a follow up with your injector for an evaluation and to discuss your concerns. Best of Luck!

Hi, Restylane filler done in the tear troughs is a nice way to reduce undereye hollows but is an advanced technique. It requires placement deep enough and in the proper location to avoid "Tyndall effect" which is visible bluish discoloration with filler showing. The best way to treat visible filler is to see your injecting physician for Hylenex or Vitrase to dissolve the Restylane (or Juvederm) filler. As you probably realize, it's advised to get treated with filler where you live in the event further treatments are needed. At this point, I would find a local dermatologist or plastic surgeon who would be willing to help you and schedule to get treated.  This is solvable!

Hello Helena! So sorry to hear about your outcome. You may need to consult someone local to you. You can actually have the filler dissolved to reduce some of the appearance of the filler. You really would be best suited to see someone who has experience with taking care of issues like this, so you can be adequately cared for.
