Just had this down, very painful when she objects the left and the bruise is getting bigger. Still painful too. Is this skin necrosis? It's 4am here so I cannot contact the injector right now. Should I go to A&E?

Because you have redness, I recommend following up with a Doctor. If necessary, the filler can be reversed with hyaluronidase. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. It is not common to have a lot of pain and a large red area after dermal fillers. I advise following up with your injector right away for an evaluation and if necessary he/she can dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase. Best of Luck!
