Just had this down, very painful when she objects the left and the bruise is getting bigger. Still painful too. Is this skin necrosis? It's 4am here so I cannot contact the injector right now. Should I go to A&E?

Does Restylane make broken capillaries worse? Its been two weeks. Will these go away by itself or should I get laser now?

Thank you for sharing your question. The problem you describe is not common with injection of Restylane. If the redness does not subside, see a facial specialist who uses lasers to diminish facial capillaries.Good luck,
