Your chin looks long in the frontal view because it is recessive. Moving it forward it would give you better profile with increased projection and a better frontal view with a shorter balanced chin. It's require a sliding genioplasty with advancement. Make sure that you get several consultations from board-certified oral surgeons or plastic surgeons that are comfortable with genioplasty.

Generally speaking, the only way to diminish chin size including width and height is with a sliding genioplasty. I use an office-generated CT scan to determine how much chin height should be removed. In some cases, the width of the chin can be reduced simultaneously. The surgery is performed in the office with intravenous sedation anesthesia and takes about an hour. Most patients are able to return to work in 3-5 days.

I do this regularly. A side view will be very helpful to determine the right approach. And, we'd need to sort out if it is mostly a bone, or mostly a soft tissue (or mix), problem.
However, these issues can be addressed and do look quite good afterwards.
