What is the best procedure to make a long face shorter? (photo)

I have a very elongated face that is too narrow and oblong, it looks like a banana. I would like a round, slightly baby face, with prominent cheekbones. I am interested in what surgical procedures are ideal for my problem. I want a smaller and cuter head shape that looks attractive and desirable.
