So I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago and I’m overall pretty happy, but I noticed this very subtle shadow down my nose and can tell one side (other side is great) has a gap where the septum doesn’t meet the bone due to inadequate (lateral?) osteotomies. I’m not sure it’s enough to bother getting another surgery over it - but if I leave it alone will there be consequences as I age? Look worse, bones degrade, deeper dent as my skin gets thinner? If not serious can some filler camouflage it?
