I am a 23 years old women and im having a areola reduction (no lift) with local anesthesia. He will be doing the purse sting technique. I understand wearing a good bra for the first month of so promote healing and reduced swelling but will wearing a supportive bra afterwards for the next 6 months or so help the stretching fo the areolas?

You could try the areolar reduction, but will need permanent sutures. If you are planning on having children soon, then just wait after you had had all the children you want.
