I had a consultation with my doctor, he told me that I need about 7mm horizontal projection and about 2-3 mm vertical projection. I need a natural look and correct my deficit. Please let me know if his assessment is correct or not. I am opting for chin impants.

The ability to raise the soft tissue of the chin from an intraoral approach is limited. Sometimes the soft tissue pad can be improved with a submental approach and chin tuck. Both approaches may be necessary. I would not recommend removal of the implant.
