Can you have a rhinoplasty after jaw angle implants? Would it increase the risk of my implants getting infected?

Question

I will have jaw angle / mandible implants soon. After I have this implants I want to correct my deviated septum in a seperate surgery. I will wait at least 6 months to have another surgery but I wonder if having a surgery on my nose would increase the risk of my implants getting infected? Or is it completely unrelated? Thanks.
