I have a very round face, high cheekbones, and a jawline that is not prominent. I am looking to add more definition to my chin/jaw area. Which is better a filler or implant?

If you are looking to sharpen your neckline, chin augmentation  in combination with submental liposuction would help balance your facial proportions. Other nonsurgical options you could consider would be the addition of a dermal filler such as Restalyne or Juvaderm at the chin (helps elongate the jawline creating a more defined shape).  It would benefit you to follow up with a board certified facial plastic surgeon for a full physical examination to determine which treatment option is best for you.
