A year ago, to increase my vertical chin height to create more balance, a surgeon moved my chin implant (4th implant to date) down. This created the length I desired, but my lower lip is pulled down and my lips don't naturally close. This leaves me with a duck lip look from the side profile. How can I fix this? The surgeon suggested elevating the soft tissues over the chin implant, releasing the scar layer around the implant, then repositioning the tissue upward & anchoring it to bone
