Hello, and thanks for your question.Fat transfers tend to last longer than fillers. The only challenge is that sometimes the fat doesn't last equally on both sides, so can be less predictable than filler. I like to use Bellafill as it is a collagen building filler--you get the instant result of a filler, but it lasts for 8 to 10 years because it stimulates your own collagen production. Thanks, hope this is helpful.Dr. Taghizadeh
Revanesse Versa is a hyaluronic acid gel filler. The body breaks this down over time and the results are therefore not permanent. Fat Transfer is a procedure where fat is taken from one part of the body and injected into another part of the body. The fat is a "graft," therefore this procedure is also referred to as "Fat Grafting." Although not all of the fat survives, the amount that does is permanent. Both have their own risks, benefits, advantages, and disadvantages. Make sure you speak with your surgeon about all your options.
Fat transfer is one of the dumbest things plastic surgery has come up with. Getting fat injection will just be a waste of money as the fat will dissolve over time. Many surgeons are big on fat transfer and actually think it's worthwhile. I can't justify an operation that I don't believe in just to make money. Haven't heard of versa. If it was anything worthwhile I would know about it. If you need a facelift just get a standard face lift and forget the a la carte items
I would recommend a facelift/necklift with facial fat grafting. The only true way to elevate the corners of the mouth is to use the deeper tissues to help re-suspend them. A facelift/necklift provides the most natural outcome without putting incisions around the mouth. I would recommend seeing a...

Your overall facial shape and contour is excellent. The areas of your concern, the irregular jawline, loose platysma neck muscle and neck skin plus excess eyelid skin can easily be addressed. The excess skin of the upper eyelids can be well-managed with a skin only upper blepharoplasty. ...
Thank you for your question and pictures! Surgery is not for everyone. In today's day and age, there are many surgical and nonsurgical options to address various concerns one has for their face as they age. In your specific case, due to age and based on the pictures you’ve provided, you would b...
Thank you for your question. Without examining you in person, it is impossible to tell what procedure might offer you the best benefit. Facelifts aren’t typically recommended at your age, however, everyone ages at different rates and has unique facial structures, so that may be your best o...
Thank you for your question. Judging solely from your photos, a facelift isn’t something that you need at this point, as you have no noticeable skin laxity or sagging. While I understand your reluctance to try fillers for fear of “rounding” your face, when placed by a highly trained injec...
