This will depend on the final results you want, but this should give subtle, natural-looking improvement. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

From the photo that you provided, it seems that your top lip is pretty full, however 0.5ml of Restylane should be fine to make minor adjustments to make sure the lips are symmetrical.  Typically our office does aim for a 40 to 60% ratio for lips, meaning 40% fullness on the top lip and 60% fullness on the bottom lip for a natural appearance.
