Will 0.5 ml of Restylane in the lips be enough for a top up? (Photo)

This will depend on the final results you want, but this should give subtle, natural-looking improvement. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

From the photo that you provided, it seems that your top lip is pretty full, however 0.5ml of Restylane should be fine to make minor adjustments to make sure the lips are symmetrical.  Typically our office does aim for a 40 to 60% ratio for lips, meaning 40% fullness on the top lip and 60% fullness on the bottom lip for a natural appearance.

Although Restylane is not the best filller for lips 0.5 cc should give you some incrase in volume if placed correctly

Your lips look quite full in the photo. Filler can be added almost at anytime. I just tell my patients that if they just had injections, they should wait about two weeks before getting more filler to see how things look after the swelling subsides.

from the picture alone, your lips look quite full already....but if you think some little tweak for a minor asymmetry is needed, then .5 cc of a filler (not necessarily restylane, but possibly) would likely be enough. you should evaluate whether a very small change is worth it in my opinion

0.5ml of Restylane will definitely be enough to accommodate your changes. However, keep in mind that you appear to have enough volume based on the proportion of your face exposed in your photos.
