I have had quite a bit of swelling above the lip, nothing was injected above my top lip but it appears to be heavy like it's pulling a lot from under my nose when I smile and my smile looks awful!!!! I have a rectangular hard lump that measures half an inch long on one side, making it droopy and heavy looking. I feel like Bart Simpson with the duck lip look. Is this seriously normal?? I did bruise quite a bit and I know it needs a few weeks to settle, but really, THIS much puffiness is normal?

Thanks for your question as sure many others have similar concerns. Obviously its not ideal to have your situation but can easily be overcome and get great results with an experienced injector.
