Is there any harm in using MSM cream for an acne scar that has been filled with Restylane to help the healing process?

2 weeks ago I had a deep acne cyst that I couldn't stand looking at anymore on my cheek. I had it filled with restylane. It looks about 90% filled. I still have redness in the area from the previous acne.My friend said MSM was a miracle for her acne scars. Would I cause any harm putting msm cream in the area where my scar is? Would this be recommended to do ?
