2 weeks post op Tummy Tuck, my stomach is very hard around my belly button area feels like a brick. Is this normal?

Do not measure yourself immediately after any surgery. It is extremely common for your body to retain fluid and swell. It is not unusual for your weight to be elevated for a minimum of 3 weeks. 

You are very early in your recovery and your abdomen looks fairly normal for this time point. Continue to follow your surgeon's postop care plan.
