Can my vermillion border / Cupid's bow be reconstructed to be symmetrical? (Photos)

I had a dog bite deep into my lip and the ER doctors did 2 stitches at he top & left the rest. It's only been a month since the injury but the tissue has grown very hard & hugely protruding. Is there a way I can make my lip look normal again by making the tissue soft, even in fat & also shaping my Cupid's bow so there's no lump that looks like a permanent blister. I have gotten 1 injection of steroids and it has made it less raised but it's still very hard & noticeably protruding
