Hello G. Very sorry to hear about your situation. In your case, we would likely attempt TCA (trichloracetic acid) treatment. We use this for ice pick or small indented acne scars. Your scars may be too wide for this so another alternative is a possible punch excision. What you very much need is a deep expert in acne scar revision, likely a dermatologic surgeon that specializes in acne scars. If you are in NYC, this should be possible to find. Look for before and after photos that look like yours and search for TCA and punch excision. Best of luck.
