I normally scar really well ... I'm not sure what is happening here :( and weird crinkles .. what causes this?

I would begin with application of Luminase and Exfolase creams to lighten the pigmentary framing, followed by laser and Melapeel application to reduce discoloration. The deep pit may require TCA cross as long as you don't have any active infection. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
