Hello :) I’m currently 6 months post op from my septorhinoplasty with colum stut graft and when I first got by cast off (middle photo) I was absolutely in love with my new nose. It wasn't until I got to about week 5 when the swelling went down that I realised features of my old nose (first photo) were starting to reappear (last photo) my tip had dropped and looked bigger and the shape of my nose had gone back to being pointy like it used to be. Will I need a second rhinoplasty?
