Revision rhinoplasty to lengthen nose & return masculine look - DCF vs solid rib?

I need my nose bridge to be built and my nose to be lenghtened to return the masculine characteristics (incl. definition). With DCF my non-medical assumption would be that is would be more difficult to manipulate into a preferred shaped since rib is diced and then squeezed into a sock made from fascia? Also, with the soft materials used the nose would have lessor strength? Also a report from a study notes that for extender graft DCF was more prone to re-adsorption?

Hello, i am ENT specialist. Weight traning doesn't recommended until 2 months later surgery. You can try with light weights and add day by day to see how it is effecting you. But it is always good idea start with fitness Best wishes;Dr Burak Olgun

I agree that your profile looks nice. I think it is very possible to narrow your nose further and refine the tip with repeat osteotomies focused on narrowing the bony structure which is critical to narrowing the rest of the nose on front profile. Let the ing the nose further is possible but...
